Building on the Positive Voices 2022 survey from UKHSA, this powerful new research shares the lived experiences behind the data of key communities living with HIV.
Carried out in partnership with Positively UK, and working together with UKHSA, we held four facilitated sessions to hear the voices of women, migrants, trans and gender-diverse people, and people over 50.
These groups report among the highest levels of unmet need, mental health challenges, and stigmatising experiences. This research seeks to understand why, and to hear directly from people about their daily lives, their experiences of healthcare, their challenges of living with HIV, and what they want to see different in the future.
