Chief Executive Officer
Robbie (he/him) has worked in the sexual and reproductive health and HIV sector for more than 30 years. The CEO of National AIDS Trust since 2024, he came to us from the London Borough of Lambeth, where he led the London HIV Prevention Programme for two years. Previous roles include managing national HIV prevention programmes whilst seconded to the Department of Health; acting as Strategic Lead for Sexual Health for London for the Association of Directors of Public Health (ADPH London); chairing the English HIV and Sexual Health Commissioners Group (EHSHCG); working with NICE on Public Health Guidance on increasing HIV testing and reducing sexually transmitted infection, and he also sat on the Programme Oversight Board for the national PrEP-Impact trial. Passionate about education and training, Robbie has supported a number of charities in this space, including the Sex Education Forum, where he is currently on the Board of Trustees.

Hannah (she/her) joined National AIDS Trust in July 2023 to lead the charity’s fundraising strategy. She has nearly 30 years’ experience working in senior communications and fundraising roles for both the public and third sectors. This includes stints at Arts Council England, the British Film Institute (BFI), the National Endowment for Science, Technology and the Arts (NESTA), Crimestoppers, Breast Cancer Haven, Timebank, World Villages for Children and Barts Charity. She is determined to diversify our income portfolio, and put a little more fun back into our fundraising.

Director of Policy, Research and Influencing
Daniel joined the National AIDS Trust in October 2023 as Director of Policy, Research, and Influencing. His key areas of work are putting forward the policy priorities that we want Government, healthcare settings, and other organisations to take forward to protect and enhance the rights of people living with HIV, and to end the HIV epidemic in the UK. Previous to this role, Daniel worked as Director of Policy at the Chartered Institute of Fundraising, and has held a range of paid and voluntary roles in the charity sector.
Joe Parry

Director of Communications and Engagement
Joe (he/him) joined National AIDS Trust in January 2023 as Media and PR Manager, before becoming Director of Communications and Engagement in March 2024. He has more than 15 years’ experience in communications, starting his career as a music and entertainment publicist. Before joining National AIDS Trust, Joe worked in the press office of Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, leading on mental health, sexual health and the work of Guy’s and St Thomas’ Charity, while volunteering as a HIV testing and outreach worker for Positive East and GMI Partnership. He has a particular interest in person-centred communications, celebrity and influencer collaborations and digital strategies.
