Help us end HIV stigma and discrimination

We are so grateful for the support we receive from charitable trusts, foundations and institutional funders. Many of our groundbreaking projects in ending HIV and fighting stigma have only been made possible thanks to the support of grant makers.

Receiving unrestricted funding from some trusts and foundations is also extremely precious as it gives us much needed stability and flexibility in carrying out our vital mission.

What you can expect from us

We value every grant funder that we work with.

We will report back on the impact of your donation as we continually monitor and evaluate all our projects and programmes. This way you will know your funding is making a huge difference to the HIV community. We’ll keep you up-to-date on our latest research, publications and news stories.

We will also recognise your gift in our Annual Report and Accounts and Impact Report unless you wish to remain anonymous.

Featured projects

Discrimination advice service

Funded by National Lottery Reaching Communities England. We are so grateful to the National Lottery which has renewed our funding for three more years from 2025 so that we can provide advice and support to people living with or affected by HIV who face discrimination. This service is confidential and free of charge. It is the only service of its kind.

HIV Confident

Funded by Fast Track Cities. Working in partnership with Positively UK, we established this new charter mark to reduce HIV stigma in member organisations, which commit to ensuring that people living with HIV can access their services and work for them without fear of discrimination. Fast Track Cities has funded HIV Confident for another three years from 2026.

Influencing restrictions on the right to work

Funded by the Evan Cornish Foundation. We know that hostile environment policies have a profoundly negative impact on the health and well-being of migrants who are living with HIV. The Evan Cornish Foundation is funding us for a year to influence the restrictions on people seeking asylum to be able to work and earn an income.
