Robbie (he/him) has worked in the sexual and reproductive health and HIV sector for more than 30 years. The CEO of National AIDS Trust since 2024, he came to us from the London Borough of Lambeth, where he led the London HIV Prevention Programme for two years. Previous roles include managing national HIV prevention programmes whilst seconded to the Department of Health; acting as Strategic Lead for Sexual Health for London for the Association of Directors of Public Health (ADPH London); chairing the English HIV and Sexual Health Commissioners Group (EHSHCG); working with NICE on Public Health Guidance on increasing HIV testing and reducing sexually transmitted infection, and he also sat on the Programme Oversight Board for the national PrEP-Impact trial. Passionate about education and training, Robbie has supported a number of charities in this space, including the Sex Education Forum, where he is currently on the Board of Trustees.
